INTERNET MANUAL SETTINGS FOR ALL NETWORKS
Normally, every sim card comes with its carrier's default Internet access point settings, but sometimes due to over curiosity among other issues we might delete or edit these access point names in a way that it will affect your Internet connectivity speed. Sometimes due to usage of vpn apps we might edit the default proxy address to 127.0.0.1, but after after using the vpn, your connection becomes slow we tend to forget that we need to restore the default proxy address or we entirely forget the default proxy address.
Goto SETTINGS > MOBILE NETWORKS > ACCESS POINT NAMES.
Add new settings as follow:
account name: MTN GPRS
APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
user name: web
password: web
proxy address: 010.199.212.002
proxy port: 8080
Leave every other things unedited.
Add new settings as follow:
account name: AIRTEL INTERNET
APN: internet.ng.airtel.com
user name: internet
password: internet
proxy address: leave empty or 172.018.254.005
proxy port: 8080
Leave every other things unedited.
Add new settings as follow:
account name: ETISALAT
APN: etisalat
username: web
password: web
proxy address: leave empty or 010.071.170.005
proxy port: 8080
Leave every other things unedited.
Goto SETTINGS > MOBILE NETWORKS > ACCESS POINT NAMES.
Add new settings as follow:
account name: GLO FLAT
APN: gloflat

password: web
proxy address: leave empty
proxy port: 8080
