How to backup your apps with es file manager (NO ROOT)

They've been cases where one might want to backup his/her apps for one reason or the other, most people use titanium backup app but this app requires root.

Good news is that you don't need root to back up your apps. All you need is es file manager, you can get at play store. It's free.

Here's the procedure;

After downloading the app,

open the app

Then swipe with your right thumb to the left

Then swipe again to the left

es file manager

Then select the apps you'd like to backup

es file manager

Then click on backup . It's as easy as that.
